Helping seniors feel confident with technology
After seeing many of my family members struggle to navigate the ever-changing world of modern day technology, I realized there was a genuine need for someone to take the time to sit down, explain concepts as slowly as necessary, and truly connect with seniors.
Through a series of workshops and one-on-one calls with clients, I've been able to aid seniors with all aspects of technology — from helping them video call their grandkids to adjusting settings on their smartphones. Most importantly, through SimpleTech, I've seen firsthand the difference in seniors when they feel confident and comfortable using technology.
My approach is simple: no judgement, no rush, and no pressure. I believe everyone deserves to feel confident when using technology — no matter their age.
